We want you to feel comfortable. If our 10oz or 16oz bottles don’t work out within 30 days you may return your products for a refund, but we ask that you cover the return shipping charges. Please note, sulfate-free products often require time for your hair to adjust.

Please note that shipping charges on your original order will not be refunded unless the package was incorrectly shipped or you received defective merchandise.
Along with the bottles please include a note with your name, order number and your request for a return so we know who to credit.
Due to the volume of product in the gallon jars, they are not eligible for refunds.
If you have received a damaged product, or if your box is missing a pump or a lid, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will solve the problem.
